We are a NON-Smoking establishment. This is for the comfort of all current and future guests. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by guests smoking. This may amount to an additional nights accommodation charge in order to allow the room to ventilate prior to re-letting.

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to season.

Rooms available from 2pm on day of arrival. However luggage can be left with earlier if you wish and tell us at time of booking.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am of day of departure.

Breakfast is served from 8.00am – 9.00 am.

Part payment is non-refundable.

Accounts to be paid on arrival. We accept all major credit and debit cards. A charge of 50p is made for card transactions.
In the event of any cancellation should the accommodation not be re let the person named on the letter of Confirmation will be liable to pay the cost of the booking.
